PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information with another electronic mail user or FAX and telephone user concerning a received electronic mail, to prevent the increase of traffic due to the transfer of all the received electronic mails or the traffic due to the loop of an error mail, and to easily attain the change of a transfer condition or the like by a remote operation. SOLUTION: A transfer processing program is described in a control information storing means 12 for a mail transfer program in the home directory of a user, and an incoming message is filtering-processed by an individual transfer processing means 13 by this transfer processing program. When a condition preliminary set in a transfer condition storing means 14 by a user is fulfilled, a new message based on the incoming message is prepared, and the mail is transferred to the destination of a mail address preliminarily designated by the user. |
