PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve realiability, allow the devices to be applicable to mass- production and enhance cooling performance by providing a pair of metallic plate members in which multiple separated grooves for route of cooling liquid are formed, on the upper and lower side of a metallic intermediate plate member in which a plurality of though holes are formed corresponding to the ends of the multiple grooves. SOLUTION: A cooling device 30 is formed by piling up metallic plate members 31 to 33 with high thermal conductivity. The members 31 to 33 are provided with inlet opening parts 31A, 32A and 33A for cooling water and outlet opening parts 31B, 32B and 33B respectively. The cooling water introduced from the inlet 31A is extended along a groove 31D and is led to a groove 31C adjacent to a front end surface 31a. The member 33 is arranged on the upper side of the member 32. The member 33 can be obtained by reversing the same member as the member 31 on the member 32 and arranging it thereon.
