The accessory for a child's climbing game is composed of a plastic hollow conical plinth (2). This plinth supports an obstacle bar (4) and has to this end openings (6) into which the ends of the bar are inserted. The distance between the axis of the plinth and the part of the external edge (8) of the opening nearest the top of the plinth is less than or equal to the distance between the plinth axis and the internal edge (10) of the opening furthest from the plinth top. At its top the plinth has a pair of slots (12) for the introduction of a hoop. The plinth can be made entirely in a single moulding operation and has a robust and stable base.
