PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an address and a telephone number, which are registered in an account information file, by permitting a customer to operate an automatic transaction device. SOLUTION: The system is provided with the automatic transaction device 1 having an operation display part displaying an operation key and a guide screen, an address management device 10 connected to the automatic transaction device 1, an address data base 11 which is operation-controlled by the address management device 10 and to which customer information is registered based on a citizen number, a citizen card 13 to which the address is registered and a citizen card issuing device 14 where the issuing of the citizen card 13 is operation-controlled by the address management device 10. Thus, the address is registered in the host computer of the automatic transaction device by inserting the citizen card 13 issued from the citizen card issuing device 14 into the automatic transaction device 1 so as to read it. |
