PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rectification efficiency by lessening the ON resistance without enlarging the size of an element, in a rectifying circuit constituted of a MOSFET. SOLUTION: At least one pair of elements are constituted of MOSFET's (Q1 and Q2) out of the elements constituting a diode bridge, and also middle terminals (TP1 and TP2) are provided separately inside both terminals (T1 and T2) of the coil which receives the power supply. The middle terminals (TP1 and TP2) are connected to the drains of the MOSFET's (Q1 and Q2), and both terminals (T1 and T2) outside the coil are connected to the gates of the MOSFET's (Q1 and Q2).
