STRUCTURE FOR ATTACHING TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an adverse influence due to parallax at the time of operating a touch panel even at the time of inclining a display device and the touch panel for an operator. SOLUTION: The upper part of a panel cover 3 in which a touch panel is set and the upper part of an LCD(liquid crystal display) cover 4 in which an LCD display device 2 is set are fixed to an upper hinge 5 by shafts 7 and 8 so as to be freely rotatable. Moreover, the lower part of the panel cover 3 and the lower part of the LCD cover 4 are fixed to a lower hinge 6 by shafts 9 and 10 so as to be freely rotatable. Thus, the physical relationship between the LCD display device 2 and the touch panel 1 can be prevented from being relatively changed.
