<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful power consumption and to prevent a magnetic head, etc., from being wastefully used, by unwinding a magnetic tape by forcibly reverse-driving a motor for running the magnetic tape, when a recorded signal is run out in the reproduction process of the magnetic tape. SOLUTION: An output signal of a video IC 30 is inputted, and whether this signal is a synchronized signal or not, i.e., whether the video signal, etc., are being recorded on the magnetic tape 10 or not, is judged. When the output of the video IC 30 is judged as synchronized signal, by means of synchronizing to this signal, the signal to drive for normal rotation of the motor 60 for magnetic tape running is produced and outputted to a motor driving circuit 50. When it is judged as unsynchronized signal, on the other hand, the production of the signal outputting to the motor driving circuit 50 is stopped, while the reproduction of the magnetic tape 10 is discontinued. After that, the signal to drive for reversed rotation of the motor 60 for magnetic tape running is produced and outputted to the motor driving circuit 50.</p> |
