PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the quantity of toner remaining in a toner cartridge without causing inflow into a developing device and without excessively increasing the bulk of the toner cartridge by connecting a wall extended upward at the inclined angle of a specific angle or more with the horizontal to the whole edge of the discharge opening of a container. SOLUTION: The toner stored in the container 4 is discharged through a discharge opening 20, a through-opening and a passage opening which are successively matched, to flow into the developing device from a receiving part. When the toner flows down the nearly truncated conical lower part 10 of the container 4, the toner is guided to a curved surface wall 30, a vertical wall and a plain and curved surface wall 36, to be led to the discharge opening 20 and excellently discharged through the discharge opening 20, etc. The curved surface wall 30, vertical wall and plain and curved surface wall 36 of the container 4 are extended upward at inclined angles of 45 deg. or more with the horizontal, so that the toner sufficiently smoothly flows down the curved surface wall 30, the vertical wall and the plain and curved surface wall 36. Thus, there is no fear that the toner is retained on the curved surface wall 30, the vertical wall and the plain and curved surface wall 36. |
