PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate ID even when it is difficult to read fingerprint by collating feature point data of a stored fingerprint and feature data other than the fingerprint with each other as an ID discrimination condition. SOLUTION: When a fingerprint is read by a fingerprint reader 21, the deviation extent correction processing of the read fingerprint is performed to extract and process feature point data of the read fingerprint; and if this feature point data is matched with feature point data stored in a RAM 20c in a prescribed range, OK is displayed on a display device 23, and an electric lock 1 of a passage door is controlled and is temporarily unlocked. If they are not matched with each other, information indicating that the number of feature points read from a card is large or small is collated with corresponding information based on the fingerprint read result, and the electric lock 1 of the passage door is controlled and is temporarily unlocked if they coincide with each other. If they are not matched with each other, NG is displayed on the display device 23, and a buzzer 32 in a manager room 30 is temporarily sounded, and a failure in collation is displayed on a display device 31, and simultaneously, features read from the card are displayed. |
