<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a genuine article or an imitation by forming an identification tag which identifies a genuine article and does not emit light under natural light. SOLUTION: A woven name 1 is woven into an article such as a jacket with a trademark 3 of the maker of the jacket and a consumer purchases the jacket by looking at the trademark 3. An identification tag 2 is formed on the name 1 so that the tag 2 identifies the article as a genuine one and does not emit light under natural light. The tag 2 is formed on the name 1 by printing letters, for example and heating the printing ink so that the ink is soaked into the name 1. When ultraviolet rays 7 are irradiated from a light emitting source 4 toward the tag 2, the tag 2 emits light beams. At that time, the phospher ink used to print the tag 2 on the name 1 absorbs the rays 7 and emits the light beams. If the name 1 is a genuine one, it emits light beams. If the name is an imitation, no light is emitted.</p> |
