The equipment consists essentially of a right foot plate adjuster (2) and a left foot plate adjuster (3) which are let into a foot rest housing (1) so that they are flush with its surface. The 'stop' plate (4) facilitates the operation of the adjusters for the positioning of the cursor. The surfaces of the foot plates and the stop plate are covered with a non-slip coating. The foot rest housing can be adjusted by the star-shaped handle (5) in its inclination and also by the foot screws (6). The tipping and swivelling movement of foot plate adjusters is transmitted through spherically shaped roll surface (11) to the mechanism (10). The angle of tip is linearly proportional to the Y coordinate of the cursor and the angle of swivel to the X coordinate under some control from the spring (17) and the lever (18).
