Filtration device for extending the duration of the fluid

A filter assembly treats cleaning and rinsing fluids used in industrial-scale washing machines (10). The filter assembly incorporates a cross-flow filter (Q1), two working chambers (A1, A3) and two settling tanks (A2, A4) which are incorporated together in a single unit. The novelty is that: (a) a filter circuit is formed by the following aggregates linked in series; (i) a first settling tank (A2); (ii) a first working chamber (A1); (iii) a pump (P1); (iv) a cross-flow filter (Q1) which is linked in terms of concentration with the first settlement tank (A2) and the working chamber (A1); (b) the rinsing circuit is formed by the following aggregates linked in series; (i) a second settlement tank (A4); (ii) a second working chamber (A3); (iii) a pump (P2); (iv) and a washing machine (10) whose return side is linked to the settlement chamber (A4); (c) the rinsing and washing circuits are so linked that floating oil or sedimented impurities are trapped in the rinsing circuit settlement tank (A4) or in the filter circuit in the settlement tank (A2); (d) the cross-flow filtrate is trapped in the rinse circuit.
