PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheet for civil engineering excellent in the balance among flexibility, durability, shock resistance, the rate of forming shrinkage, stiffness, workability, etc., and composed of a propylene-based composition. SOLUTION: This sheet for civil engineering is a composition composed of a homopolymer of propylene and an ethylene-propylene copolymer. The components used here have the following properties: the intrinsic viscosity [η]RC of the copolymer, 1.7-2.8dl/g; the ratio of the intrinsic viscosities [η]RC/[η]PP of the copolymer and the homopolymer, 0.7-1.2; the product ([η]RC /[η]PP)×(WPP/WRC) or the ratio [η]RC/[η]PP of the intrinsic viscosities of the copolymer and the homopolymer, and the weigh ratio WPP/WRC of the copolymer and the homopolymer, 1.0-3.0.
