PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing method which flexibly control the inflow amount of a metal sheet without changing the shape of a bead and the metal sheet used therefor. SOLUTION: A laser hardening range 11 is formed on a blank 10, and on the other side, a bead 23 is installed between the laser hardening range 11 and the outer circumference of a drawing part 24 on a forming die 20. The inflow amount of the blank 10 to the drawing part 24 is controlled by the resisting force generating at the time when the laser hardening range 10 of the blank 10 is passed through the bead part.
