<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a place of refuge indicatable to inhabitants by letting a balloon climb high up in the sky certainty, after feeding this balloon with gas automatically in time of an earthquake disaster and something an accident. SOLUTION: A hexagon headed bolt 24 making a sleeve 12 go forward and backward by clamping and loosening operations as resisting against a strong spring 14 internally installed in space between a female body 11 of a female coupler 10 and a sleeve being free of slide motion around the circumference, is screwed at the side of this female body 11, and steel balls 15 capable of connection or separation between the female body 11 and a male body 31 of a male coupler 30 by means of operation of the sleeve 12, is installed in the female body 11, while a piston 33 capable of slide motion in an air space part 72 formed by the male body 31 and a casing 32 screwed in the outer cylinder part, and its tip part is able to contact with the sleeve 12, is installed in this air space, and further a through vertical hole 76 is installed in space between the space part 72 and an inner diametral part of the male body 31, and moreover a valve 37 capable of automatically opening a passage by dint of more than the specified pressure and of automatically closing the passage by dint of less than the specified pressure, is built in the inner diameteral part of the male body 31.</p> |
