PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel inorganic powder composition for injection molding having little defect and high product yield and a sintered compact thereof. SOLUTION: The inorganic powder composition for injection molding consists of an inorganic powder, 1 to 30 pts.wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1 to 30 pts.wt. low density polyethylene resin and 1 to 30 pts.wt. sorbitan fatty acid ester series wax respectively per 100 pts.wt. inorganic powder. The sintered compact is obtd, by the following. The inorganic power and the inorganic powder composition for injection molding consisting of the inorganic powder, 1 to 30 pts.wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1 to 30 pts.wt. low density polyethylene resin and 1 to 30 pts.wt. sorbitan fatty acid ester series wax respectively per 100 pts.wt. inorganic powder are molded by injection molding. Then a molding is subjected to a debinder treatment and is sintered. |
