The improvements relate principally to the assembly and arrangement of the radiant panels 2 of a single-chamber, multi-level oven, with loading by means of a carriage carrying trays which are oriented so as to make it possible to modify the number of panels fitted and also their position inside the chamber, use being made for assembly, of a series of modules 1 composed of a panel 2 and a rear securing plate 4, the said modules 1 being secured by screwing the securing plates 4 directly together or, alternatively, with the aid of transverse bands 5, thus forming the rear wall of the cooking chamber. Likewise, a dividing partition 6 is incorporated between the impulse 7 and aspiration 8 collectors, having orifices 11 coinciding with the channels for the entry of gases to the panels 2 equipped with regulation plates 12 for the control of the flow of inlet gases. <IMAGE>
