PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which can be miniaturized with no complex structure. SOLUTION: A vibration actuator 1 comprises a vibrator 2, a moving piece 14 which, pressurizing/contacting to the vibrator 2, generates a relative motion with the vibrator 2, and a supporting member 10 which supports the vibrator 2 and the moving piece 14. The supporting member 10 comprises an elastic deformation part regarding a pressurizing direction between the vibrator 2 and the moving piece 14 as a supporting pin 12, and the pressurization between the vibrator 2 and the moving piece 14 is performed by an elastic force generated by the supporting pin 12. Thus, no special pressurizing mechanism is required, so the entire length of an ultrasonic actuator 1 is shortened by that amount. |
