PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress malfunction, etc., caused by electromagnetic induction and also to suppress and reduce unnecessary conduction noise by providing, respectively, composite magnetic substance materials which, at a part on an active element and a part which is on a lead or surrounding the lead, behave differently in frequency characteristics of permeability. SOLUTION: A composite magnetic substance comprising an organic binder and a soft magnetic substance powder with an oxide film on its surface is so provide as on a lead 2 or as surround it, which connects an active element 1 of semiconductor, etc., to the wiring on a substrate on which the active element 1 is mounted. Composite magnetic materials which behave differently, in frequency characteristics of permeability, on the lead 2 and the part surrounding it are provided respectively. Thereby, without generating secondary radiation noise, such noise as of different nature in radiation/conduction, generated from the active element, is suppressed. |
