PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance calculating accuracy of a maximum demand cutting energy, and present an accurate electricity rate cutback amount to a consumer by finding the maximum demand cutback quantity from a maximum demand found by an operation by demand control instead of an umeasurable maximum demand value. SOLUTION: A demand before a demand control command is issued, a demand of an electric load cutoff period when the demand control command is issued, a demand on and after an electric load is inputted again by the completion of a control command and a maximum demand DE calculated by data on its issuing period, an non-issuing period, the issuing time or the like, are substituted with an unmeasurable maximum demand (a maximum demand value) RR, and a maximum demand cutting energy DS is calculated. An energy charge cutting amount MS by demand control is calculated from this cutting energy DS, and is presented and submitted to an electric power demand consumer where a demand controller is installed. |
