PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase detecting sensitivity by adding acceptors having a specific bonding part to an inspection object substance, and regathering and detecting a generated immune complex after being dissociated. SOLUTION: An immune complex is generated by a fixed specific acceptor R1, an inspection object substance A to show organismic affinity to interact with it and a specific acceptor R2 generally labelled toward the inspection object substance A. An immunity dissociating process and a regathering process are performed on this, and a nonlabelling acceptor R3 is also added. The acceptor R3 can bond two or more inspection object substances A together without restraining an immune reaction between the inspection object substance A and the specific acceptor R1 or the inspection object substance A and the specific acceptor R2. Therefore, the ratio of the inspection object substance A unbonded to a solid phase is reduced, and detecting sensitivity is increased. For example, the inspection object substance A may be either an antibody guided by a disease inducing factor or an antigen such as the disease inducing factor itself.
