PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct efficient disturbance by generating a radio wave compatible with the frequency of an opposite side and its system. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a discrete frequency setting means 5 that sets a discrete frequency used for spread spectrum communication in a detected communication state in the spread spectrum communication and with a power amplifier means 6 that generates an equal level signal corresponding to the set discrete frequency, and the equal level signal corresponding to the generated discrete frequency is transmitted as a disturbing radio wave. Furthermore the device is added with a modulation system detection means 15 that detects a modulation system is disturbance object communication and with a modulator 7 that generates a same modulation as the system detected by the modulation system detection means 15, so that the modulator 7 modulates the power amplifier means 6 to produce output. |
