PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify the lead insertion points to improve the assembling work efficiency, by forming different marks according to the type of components at the insert points on a lead insert surface. SOLUTION: On a lead insert surface a power plug-lead silk print 8, a fan motor lead silk print 9, a neon lead silk print 10, and prints of lead identification no. 11 and lead identification characters 12 are formed. For inserting leads, marks formed at holes are different per mount component, and hence the worker can easily identify the mount point per component. If per mount component all the power plug-lead silk print 8, the fan motor lead silk print 9, the neon lamp lead silk print 10 are circle marks but made different in color such as black, red and blue, the same effect is obtd. |
