PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary cell and a secondary cell with good film strength, high ion conductivity, and excellent processing ability, thermal resistance and large current characteristic by applying solid electrolyte composed of polymer mixture obtained by polymerization of fluorocarbon polymer and polymeric compound. SOLUTION: A mixture of a fluorocarbon polymer with thermal plasticity with at least one kind of polymeric compound with polymerization type functional group expressed by the formula 1 and/or formula 2, is mixed with a electrode active material. (R<1> , R<3> are H or alkyl group; R<2> , R<4> , R<5> are bivalent group). Preferable electrode active material is lithium metal, lithium alloy and/or carbon material, and as the positive electrode active material, metal oxide, metal sulfide, or electrolytic active material with high oxidation-reduction potential. After forming fluorocarbon type polymer with thermal plasticity/polymeric compound/electrode active material compound mixture into the film-like shape, etc., applying heating and/or active beam irradiation polymerization, an electrode easily forming into thin film, with good strength and good contactability to solid electrolyte is processed. |
