PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize setting of room temperature and room humidity within a range of a target value simply and inexpensively with energy saving. SOLUTION: A heat pump refrigeration cycle is formed in which upon cooling/heating operation a refrigerant is flowed in the directions of arrows of solid lines/dotted lines, and pressure is reduced with an outside flow regulating valve 5 and an indoor flow regulating valve 42 is fully opened. Upon dehumidification operation, when indoor humidity is less than a target range, capacities of a compressor 1 and an outdoor blower 12 are reduced, and capacity of an indoor blower 13 is controlled in response to a relationship between the room temperature and temperature of a second room heat exchanger as an evaporator. When the indoor humidity is above a target range, the outdoor flow regulating valve 5 is opened and the indoor flow regulating valve 42 is closed to promote dehumidification. When the indoor humidity does not fall within the target region even when the outdoor flow regulating valve 5 is fully opened, the capacities of the compressor 1 and the outdoor blower 12 are increased, and hence the capability of the indoor blower 13 is controlled in response to a relationship between the indoor temperature and the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger. |
