PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain water repellence for a long period and to prevent contamination by forming a surface layer contg. photocatalyst particles, water repellent silicone and materials for preventing hydrophilicity impartation by photoexcitation of photocatalysts into the surface of a base material. SOLUTION: A reflection plate has a supporting layer 18 fixed with glass beads 16 for retroreflection having a grain size of, for example, about 50μm. The entire surface of the supporting layer 18 is covered by a reflection film 20 formed by vapor deposition of aluminum. The glass beads 16 are covered by a colored transparent plate 22 consisting of polycarbonate, etc. Namely, the reflection plate is formed to a so-called 'capsule lens' type. An air layer 24 is formed between the glass beads 16 and the transparent plate 22. The supporting layer 18 is fixed to the frame 26 of a delineator by an adhesive 28. The surface layer 30 contg. the photocatalyst particles, the silicone and the materials, such as cobalt or its compd., etc., for preventing the hydrophilicity impartation by the photoexcitation of the photocatalysts, is formed on the surface of the transparent plate 22. |
