PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage reactive power control device whereby voltage control of good responsiveness can be performed without an influence by a level of fluctuation in an electric power demand. SOLUTION: A voltage maintenance calculating means 7 is started by a prescribed control period and calculates a control quantity to each control equipment from a deviation between bus bar voltage of an electric power system and reference voltage set in a reference voltage setting means 8. A control speed correction means 9, calculates a change speed of load fluctuation in the electric power system as a system change speed and changes a control period of the voltage maintenance calculating means 7 in accordance with this calculated system change speed. |
