The relay has a ferromagnetic contact strip (6) inside the coil former and running in the coil former axis direction. It is connected at a coil flange with a connection pin at a right angle to the strip. Its free end at the other coil flange can move between two fixed contacts. The connection pin (7) of the contact strip (6) and both fixed contacts (9, 10) are inserted parallel to each other in open chambers (4, 5) of the coil former. They are positioned relative to each other by guiding channels and stops (7a). The contact strip (6) has its fixed end fastened to the coil former flange (2) by lateral fins.
