The invention discloses a device for managing access rights to at least one electronic system to prevent unauthorised use. The electronic system comprises access software recorded on first memory means (18, 20) of a central unit (10). The software is associated on a one-to-one basis with utilisation rights recorded on second memory means (24, 28). The device comprises an annex unit (22) for receiving the second memory means (24, 28) and interfaced with the central unit (10) to enable information exchange between the central unit (10) and the annex unit (22). At least one of the second memory means (24, 28) is constituted by a plane substrate (26) comprising a chip (28) and a plurality of conductive tracks (31) coupling the chip (28) to the central unit (10) by means of a set of conductors at least partially integral with the annex unit (22). |
