PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform scroll and a rotational display of a displayed map without disturbing operation such as a figure pick and an input of a coordinate point by scrolling/rotationally displaying the map on a screen only by continuos operation of a mouse button on a displayed map image. SOLUTION: A display state table held on a memory 50 holds information related to a present display range displayed on a graphic display 20. Then, it rewrites the information of the display state table according to mouse operation, and displays the map according to these contents. That is, display directions are allocated to plural respective instruction buttons provided in the mouse 30, and the contents of the display state table are updated continuously in the display directional direction allocated to its instruction button, and the direction of the map displayed on the graphic display 20 is revised according to the contents of the updated display state table. |
