RECEPTION EQUIPMENT, RECEPTION METHOD AND TERMINAL EQUIPMENT FOR RADIO SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a word length and to enable execution of accurate arithmetic processing without expanding circuit scale by shifting the digit of demodulated data corresponding to the signal strength when synthesizing demodulated outputs from respective fingers through a data combiner. SOLUTION: The demodulated data are outputted and the signal strength on respective paths is outputted from respective fingers 25A-25C of data combiner 30 at a code division multiple access(CDMA) system portable telephone terminal. The demodulated data from the respective fingers 25A-25C are supplied to timing correction circuits 101A-101C of data combiner 30 and the time bases of demodulated outputs on the respective paths are matched. The outputs of these timing correction circuits 101A-101C are supplied through a synthesizer circuit 104 to a bit shift circuit 105. Corresponding to the output of shift control circuit 103, the bit shift circuit 105 shifts the digit of data.
