<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct the generated fall down of a tracking and to continue an automatic driving without leading to the stopping of rolling by using an initial value to execute the automatic correction when a detector does not detect the passing of a rolling material or in the case of being out of the range by comparing a count value with the initial value. SOLUTION: In a rolling equipment provided with plural detectors No.1-No.n Ai -Ain transmitting an on/off acting signal by tracking the rolling material 1 set in a prescribed interval in the rolling line and conveyed, the timing of the on/off action of each detector Ai -Ain and the distance shifting the rolling material 1 are pre-stored as the initial value Li by counting with a pulse generator 3 arranged on a rolling table. The rolling material 1 is moved in the rolling line, and when the first detector Ai does not detect the passing of the rolling material 1 or in the case of being out of the range in an error compensating value±αi by comparing the count value C of the pulse generator 3 with the initial value Li , the stored initial value Li is read out and inputted into the tracking to execute the automatic correction.</p> |
