PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deaeration membrane having high deaeration efficiency and velocity by specifying the range of an oxygen permeation velocity constant and the percentage of the area of a nonporous membrane. SOLUTION: An oxygen permeation velocity constant is 1.0×10<-6> -1.0×10<-1> cm<3> .(STP).cm<-2> . sec<-1> . cmHg<-1> , and the percentage of the area of nonporous membrane part in the total membrane area calculated by formula I is 90-99.9% [Q0 is the oxygen permeation velocity constant of a deaeration membrane; Q02 is the oxygen permeation velocity constant of a porous part (porous membrane before coating and/or filling); P01 is the oxygen permeation velocity constant of the raw material of a nonporous part (coating and/or filling resin); L is the thickness (cm) of the nonporous layer of a nonporous part and is the value calculated by formula II;αis the oxygen/nitrogen separation factor of a deaeration membrane;α1 is the oxygen/nitrogen separation factor of a nonporous part (coating and/or filling resin);α2 is the oxygen/nitrogen separation factor (0.9357) of a porous part (porous membrane before coating and/or filling)].
