PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device for a packaged food, having an extremely simple construction and capable of performing a continuous formation stably in a high efficiency without requiring the addition of a binder component into an ingredient even on using the ingredient having less adhering property and an outer skin having a thin set thickness or using a material for the outer skin having a high flexibility. SOLUTION: This forming device has a construction of extruding an outer skin material P continuously in a cylindrical form from a circular nozzle 12, simultaneously extruding an ingredient material M continuously as a rod shape from an ingredient extruding nozzle 11 to the inside of the outer skin material P extruded as the cylindrical form, squeezing the doubly extruded materials in a suitable interval by a forming shutter 2 and separating to up and down portions for forming a almost spherical food unit U in which the ingredient M is packed in the outer skin material P. In this case, an axis shaft 3 extending from an inside toward an outside in a downward direction, is installed along the central line of the ingredient extruding nozzle 11 in an ingredient introducing part 1. |
