发明名称 LINING METHOD FOR INTERNAL WALL SURFACE OF BURIED PIPE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay a buried pipe extending to a long distance without problems by a method wherein a heating medium is introduced into the buried pipe which is sealed, and a resin pipe having a reinforcing member being in parallel with the axis, is pre-heated and softened, and is introduced from one end of the buried pipe, and the resin pipe is expanded by a pressurization from the inside. SOLUTION: In the pipe wall of a resin pipe 1, a reinforcing cord is embedded in parallel with the axis of the pipe. A heating fluid is fed in, e.g. from a manhole on the upstream side, and the internal wall of a buried pipe 2 is heated to 60 deg.C or higher. Then, the resin pipe 1 which is softened by heating to, e.g. 70 deg.C or higher, is tracted by a traction string through a combining apparatus which is provided at the leading end, and is introduced into the buried pipe 2 from the manhole on the upstream side, and made to reach a manhole on the downstream side. Then, the front and rear end parts of the resin pipe 1 are cut off, and are sealed by providing plugs 9a, 9b, and cold pressurized air is fed into the buried pipe 2 through the plug 9a to expand the resin pipe 1, and the external surface of the resin pipe 1 is joined to the internal wall surface of the buried pipe 2.
