摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the automatic control of a husking roll gap by measuring the current value of motors for husking rolls at prescribed time intervals, measuring the working max. current value and working min. current value as well as working average current value, comparing the working average current value and a comparative reference current value and adjusting the gap of the husking rolls. SOLUTION: The current values of the motors for the husking rolls are measured after the end of the manual adjustment of the roll gap of the husking rolls 33, 34. The initial max current value Cmax, the initial min. current value Cmin and the initial average current value Cave are measured in a controller. Cave is set as the comparative reference current value D when the difference between Cmax and Cmin is within 10% of Cave. The current values of the motors for the husking rolls are thereafter measured at every prescribed time and the working max. current value Emax, the working min. current value Emin and the working average current value Eave are measured. Eave and the comparative reference current value D are compared when the difference between Emax and Emin is within 10% of Eave. The husking rolls are brought near to each other in the case of Eave<D×0.98. The husking rolls are spaced in the case of Eave>D×1.02.
