<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to utilize the lower part of a cabinet or the inside thereof for a storage space of cooking equipment, etc., in domestic or commercial kitchen device. SOLUTION: A kitchen device is equipped with a cabinet 13 having a sink 11, a function unit 14 having the rear of the cabinet 13, a refuse disposal device 15, a piping means 17 connected to a drain outlet 12 of the sink 11, a separator 19 separating soil water connected to the piping means 17 from refuse inside the cabinet 13 and a discharge device 22 for discharging the separated soil water. The refuse disposal device 15 is connected to the middle part of the piping means 17 and, at the same time, it is incorporated in the function unit 14. By the constitution, the lower part of the cabinet 13 or the inside thereof can be utilized for a storage space of cooking equipment, etc.</p> |
