PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject sheet, capable of imparting flame retardance without deteriorating fiber physical properties and excellent even in durability of the flame retardance performances by the presence of a flame retardant in a specified state in a porous textile fabric. SOLUTION: This flame retardant fibrous sheet is produced by including a porous elastic polymer in a fabric of porous fibers and making a flame retardant (preferably fine flame retardant particles having <=1μm average particle diameter) in spaces of the porous fibers and in the interior of the porous elastic polymer. The resultant sheet is suitable for the interior field, especially upholsteries, etc., on seats for automobiles, seats for rolling stocks and sofas.
