FIELD: electric coagulation purification of water from hardness salts and other impurities. SUBSTANCE: electric coagulator has body with bottom and cover, plane-parallel perforated and profiled electrodes. Profiling is carried out in the form of two-side flanging of holes. Coagulator includes solid spacers located between electrodes and installed over their entire lengths in parallel to them. Electrodes are manufactured in the form of aluminum and iron interjoined electrodes each provided with one-side flanging. They are freely put on current leads and are connected to D.C. source via half-wave rectifier. EFFECT: improved functional efficiency of electric coagulator. 4 cl, 4 dwgy
