The end of the cutting tube (1) has a serrated blade (2). The blade especially has sharp, steep tooth-flanks and blunt, flat tooth-flanks. The cutting tube has a handle (3). The end of the cutting tube has a partly cut-out sleeve tube covering half of the blade. The cutting part is replaceable.
