摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To decrease a gradient of concentration of moisture within a dehumidifying element, restrict a flowing-in of moisture opposition to a dehumidifying reaction and improve a dehumidifying efficiency by a method wherein a heater for heating and evaporating moisture to be generated and dispersing the moisture out of a container is provided. CONSTITUTION:When a DC voltage is applied from a power supply 8 to a dehumidifying element 2, a decomposition reaction and a generating reaction of moisture are promoted with an anode 6 and a cathode 7. In this case, an electrical current is supplied to a protection resistor 10, the resistor shows a high temperature and the moisture produced at a surface of the cathode 7 is heated and evaporated. The evaporated moisture is discharged out of an external part 1b of a container from a dampening space 3a through a discharging port 3b. When this evaporation is being carried out actively, a pressure within the dampening space 3a is increased under its active evaporation, a check valve 11 does not provide any clogging action and the moisture content is discharged out of the container at the external part 1b. Accordingly, an increasing degree of concentration of the moisture at the cathode 7 within a solid high molecular electrolyte film 5 is restricted, a gradient with a concentration of moisture at the anode 6 is decreased, a flowing-in amount of moisture opposite to a dehumidifying reaction is restricted, resulting in that a dehumidifying efficiency of a humidity adjusting device is increased.</p>
