Smart card for storing and displaying dynamic data

The smart card has memory into which all relevant personal data, e.g. name, address, date of birth, together with medical history are stored. The medical history data contains information such as normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, pulse rate and details of any medicaments being taken. In the event of an emergency the data is available to medical personnel and can be updated. The card time-dynamic data is for processing in an intelligent IC card read/write appts. The data are processed and/or stored in the read/write appts. and in a system connected via data communication both off line and on line during or after the recording. The data are assigned a time slot linearly or non-linearly which is event activated or manually started.
