<p>The present invention provides tubing for a fluid line of an ink delivery system. The tubing has a composition and inside diameter that reduces evaporative volume loss of ink from the tubing when the ink remains stationary in the tubing. Useful low water permeability polymeric tubing includes poly(ethylene) tubing; poly(ethylene)-lined polymeric tubing; poly(tetrafluoroethylene) tubing; and poly(tetrafluoroethylene)-lined polymeric tubing.</p> |
