<p>A toner replenishing device of an image forming machine comprises a toner cartridge (200) accommodating a toner, and a toner cartridge bearer (300) for detachably mounting the toner cartridge. A take-up shaft (220) for taking up a sealing member (210) for strippably closing a toner discharge opening (202) formed in the toner cartridge is provided with a fitting projection or fitting recess (221a) non-circular in cross section.
