PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide real estate information managing system with which real estate data are unitarily managed and real estate information and analyzed result can be supplied to the persons concerned. SOLUTION: Based on the retrieval items of 1st-order real estate data collecting information from a local real estate data integrated center C2 and 2nd-order real estate data worked at an R institute 1, a central real estate data integrated center C1 unitarily manages these data in a real estate data base DB. While using a communication satellite ST, the persons concerned can possess these managed real estate data and the analyzed result based on these real estate data. Besides, communication data to be used for the communication satellite ST are enciphered and worked so as not to be possessed except for the persons concerned. Further, since the central real estate data integrated center C1 and the local real estate data integrated center C2 mutually back up data bases, this system is made easy to recover in case of fault and disaster. |
