PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet communication device having a full performance even in an environment of high traffic by deciding a specific phase where the transmission of the packet data is started in a slot period equal to the packet length that is decided by the reference phase information, outputting the packet data to be transmitted from the decided phase, and producing a diffusion code inherent to a system based on an intra-slot transmission start phase. SOLUTION: A split slot pointer 106 points the head split slot where a mobile station 30i inserts an access packet. A timing generation circuit 107 receives the reference phase information which is corrected in consideration of the transmission delay, etc., outputted from a reference phase receiver 30i-2. Then the circuit 107 produces a timing signal T to apply it to a packet data generation part 101, a diffusion code generator 103 and a packet length generator 102, respectively. The part 101 gives the access packet data to a multiplier 104 synchronously with a chip clock from the point when the signal T is received. |
