PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device which is enhanced in connection reliability to a board and productivity. SOLUTION: This circuit device 1 is equipped with connection metal bumps 3 and connection detecting meal bumps 4 lower in height than the metal bumps 3. When the circuit device 1 structured as above is connected to a board 9, it is easily judged whether the connection metal bumps 3 are connected or not, basing on that the connection detecting metal bumps 4 are brought into contact and connected to a corresponding pattern 10c. |
