PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the coating failure, and improve the yield at the time of forming a positive and a negative electrodes by arranging a filter under a nozzle for supplying the coating, which includes the active material, and filtering the coating to be supplied. SOLUTION: A coating is supplied from a supplying device to a filling part 28 through plural nozzles 26. At this stage, in a head part 25, a filter 27 is arranged immediately under the nozzle 26 is tilted at 10 degrees or more against the horizontal direction, and roughness of mesh of the filter 27 is set at 200μm or less. With this structure, the coating, which is filtered by the filter 27, is stored in a filling part 28. Consequently, grains having a large grain diameter are not included in this coating, and grains having relatively small and even grain diameter are included. As a result, generation of clogging of the grains having a large grain diameter near a tip 31a of the head part 25 is prevented, and the coating evenly flows out from the tip 31a, and a non-coated area is not generated on a collector, and the coating is evenly applied. |
