<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable timely safety guidance corresponding to the driving conditions of driver by storing various limit values for keeping safe operation on a memory card, arithmetically comparing information provided from various sensors with the limit values and outputting required voice information when the information exceeds the limit value. SOLUTION: The voice information composed of various limit values stored on a memory card 2 for securing the safe operation and attention matters corresponding to these limit values is read and stored in a storage part 4. The integrated information of various sensors is read, this is operationally processed and converted values are calculated corresponding to the various limit values of car speed and acceleration or the like. These converted values are compared with the various limit values. When any converted value exceeds the limit value, the voice information corresponding to the exceeded limit value is called, and a voice output command signal is outputted to a voice synthesizer 7. Voice information concerning the information corresponding to an operating command signal is called from the storage part 4, and the output command signal of voice information predetermined corresponding to the operating command signal is outputted to the voice synthesizer 7.</p> |
