发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROL OF TEMPERATURE PROFILE OF MILL ROLLS
摘要 FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, rolling, more specifically methods and means of automatic regulation of rolling process on strip mills. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement in each mill stand of rolling rate, tension and thickness of strip, rolling temperature, section flow rate of cooling agent over the length of roll barrel, subsequent determination, with the help of model of calculated temperature profile of rolls with variation of flow rate of cooling agent, at preset interval and in limited range, and regulation of actual section flow rate of cooling agent. Additionally measured and introduced into model are value of actual cross-section of semi-finished rolled stock, roll polishing irregularities, roll roughness, rolling force. Additionally introduced into model are relationships of resistance to deformation of rolled metal and per cent reduction for various grades of steel (cold work curves). Prior to determination of calculated temperature profile, calculated rolling force is determined and compared with measurement value; difference of these forces are minimized by variation of parameters of cold-work curve. Obtained optimal values of parameters of cold-work curve are taken into consideration in determination of rated temperature profile and elastic deformations of rolls, and actual section flow rate of cooling agent is corrected by the conditions of minimization of nonflatness of strip at the outlet of each mill stand. EFFECT: higher accuracy of regulation of nonflatness of roll strip due to produced effect on roll temperature profile. 1 dwgy
